Partnerships
In most cases EA Global likes to work directly with clients, but in a number of engagements we work indirectly through third party organisations who have existing clients who are interested in creating, nurturing and developing a successful Enterprise Architecture practice.
If you are a third party consultancy that is already engaged with a client who requires Enterprise Architecture knowledge or services, please contact us.
We have found that the fastest way for an organisation to build a successful Enterprise Architecture practice is to use external expertise combined with key/strategic internal resources. In this day where valued services are highly prized, why bother wasting time and money developing a practice through experimentation, trial and error?
EA Global has established a number of strategic alliances with Enterprise Architecture consultants and specialists around the world. We have access to these resources to satisfy most client requirements.
Talk to us. We have the expertise to help organisations move forward swiftly, with knowledgeable focus and purpose, thus quickly achieving their objectives.

Engagement Process
Please contact us and we would be more than happy to discuss our engagement process with you.
Tony Burton
Our principal, Tony Burton, has engaged a large number of companies and organizations worldwide, negotiating deals to deliver some of their Enterprise Architecture requirements, predominantly TOGAF™ certification training, awareness and general Enterprise Architecture communications training.
Over 4,500 architects have been TOGAF™ certified worldwide. He was involved in the sale of a large number of those certification training programmes. In providing that level of business development expertise in such a specialised market, he and his team have learned considerably from the successes and shortcomings of one corporate Enterprise Architecture programme to the next and can actively assist in the development of future practises.
This level of direct industry experience is probably unmatched. This knowledge and expertise is the foundation of the “EA Global approach” to pertinent and appropriate TOGAF™ certification training.
EA Global Ltd (EAG) is a UK based company, with alliances around the world. EAG and its collaborators have the highly specialised skills necessary to satisfy clients’ Enterprise and IT architecture requirements.
Our unique approach to standard TOGAF™ training, whether it is for certification or general education and awareness purposes, is to provide tailoring of the program and its materials, free of charge. Our standard 4 day TOGAF™ Certification course can be easily tailored to suit your organization’s business, technical (IT) and cultural requirements.
Some of you may have already talked to the engagement team over the years, regarding your Enterprise Architecture training requirements, if so re-establish contact with them and see if there is anything else they can do for you.
